James J. Hill Center Selects PVN for Historic Structures Report

The James J. Hill Center recently selected PVN to develop an Historic Structures Report (HSR) for the James J. Hill Reference Library in downtown Saint Paul. PVN will lead a project team including HGA Architects and Engineers

The James J. Hill Reference Library was a gift from its namesake to the City of Saint Paul. Designed in the Italian Renaissance style, the project broke ground in 1913 and opened to the public in 1921. This National Register of Historic Places listed building (1975) has been a significant resource to business people, students, and scholars, as well as being an iconic structure in the city landscape.

PVN is excited to begin working with James J. Hill Center and HGA on the HSR.
