Meghan Elliott to Lead Discussion "A Closer Look Using State Historic Tax Credits"

Meghan Elliott, PE, Associate AIA, and founder of Preservation Design Works, along with Peter Noonan, Senior Vice President of Commerce Bank, will lead a discussion about Minnesota's Historic Tax Credit program at an NAIOP event on September 25, 2013.

The discussion, "A Closer Look Using State Historic Tax Creditsm," will help attendees learn about "how to determine when they should consider utilizing this program, the application process, how to calculate the net economic benefit that the program may bring to a redevelopment project."
