Star Tribune Highlights Hollywood Theater Rehabilitation

An article featured on the front page of the Business section of the Star Tribune on Sunday, July 20, highlights five historic theaters in the Twin Cities and Duluth that are currently undergoing rehabilitation. One of the theaters profiled is the Hollywood Theater in Northeast Minneapolis. PVN has been working with local businessman Andrew Volna, who plans to turn the long vacant theater into creative office space. The Hollywood Theater was listed in the National Register of Historic Places in March 2014, and the land sale was approved by the Minneapolis Community Development Committee earlier this spring.
